Public agencies alone cannot keep children safe; therefore E/BFSC believes strongly that it is the responsibility of communities to participate in ensuring child safety and wellbeing. One of the ways we do this is by increasing community awareness of child abuse and neglect. E/BFSC provides Mandated Reporting Training and educates families, residents and community based organizations to recognize the signs of child abuse and neglect. The campaign is organized in partnership with public and private partners to provide child abuse and neglect prevention resources and information to families, residents and service providers.
